Toni Tikkanen

Toni Tikkanen serves as the Head of Operational Excellence at Sievo since January 2017, leading initiatives focused on enhancing customer value and improving operational efficiency. Previous roles at Sievo include Team Lead and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management, team leadership, and solution area championing, along with serving as a Senior Solution Consultant managing international project teams and handling project portfolios. Earlier experience includes a trainee position at Lemminkäinen Group, where project procurement and procurement development were key focuses, as well as roles at Orion Corporation and ABB Finland, involving database management and freight forwarding. Toni Tikkanen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University.
