Brad Vincent

CEO at Siffrin

For more than 40 years, Brad has been working with and for persons with disabilities. He found his vocational passion at a young age, while as a sophomore in high school, visiting a developmental center. He knew at that time he needed and wanted to make a difference.

Brad holds a BA in Education and a minor in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace College. He has experience in both the public and private sector of human services. Brad helped to establish vocational programs and the vocational assessment unit at Apple Creek Developmental Center. Prior coming to Siffrin in 1991, he was Executive Director of a day-service program and employment services program for 15 years in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. While there, he helped establish a countywide recycling program that integrated persons with disabilities into community employment. He also developed community-based employment sites through acquisition of federal grants and developed a curriculum for day service instruction in academics, physical fitness, social skills and prevocational training.

Brad has served as CEO of Siffin since 2002. Under his direction, Siffrin has expanded services beyond residential in order to help people achieve more vocationally, financially and personally with the additions of Employment, Financial Management, Community Integration and Transportation services. Siffrin has also expanded geographically to support even more persons with disabilities throughout northeastern Ohio.
