Drew Phillips

Drew Phillips is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and executive leadership. Drew began their career in 1987 as the Director of Operations at Manco, Inc., where they were responsible for strategic planning and overseeing various operations functions. Drew then moved on to Chemical Associates in 1995, where they served as the Director of Operations, managing logistical planning and overseas supply sourcing. In 1996, they joined OFFICEMAX, INC. as the Divisional Vice President of Delivery Centers, providing executive leadership for multiple delivery centers and achieving sales exceeding $400 million. Phillips then joined FFR Merchandising in 2001 as the Senior Vice President, overseeing operations functions, project management, and sales support. Most recently, since 2018, they have been serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at siffron, where they have been instrumental in developing long-term business strategies and overseeing day-to-day operations. Overall, Phillips has demonstrated a strong track record of success in operations management roles across various industries.
