Chih-Min Chao

Chih-Min Chao is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in system-on-chip (SoC) performance evaluation, architecture modeling, and Linux BSP development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SiFive since March 2019, Chih-Min has previously held senior engineering roles at Bitmain and Marvell Semiconductor, where achievements included implementing a traffic-based CNN accelerator and enhancing architecture performance significantly through advanced modeling techniques. Chih-Min also has a solid foundation in developing security mechanisms and drivers, honed during formative years at International Games System and AndesTech. Chih-Min holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
