Steve Nelson

Steve Nelson is currently a board member at Sift Media, and has held previous positions at re—inc, Diveplane Corporation, and IPG.

Steve co-founded Carbon, a company that transforms how businesses operate in the digital age. Steve was also a board member at SciQuest:JAGGAER, where they helped the company become the leading spend management solution.

At IPG, Steve was a board member and the co-lead investor. Steve worked with the top health plans and their provider partners across the country to improve quality and reduce costs for surgical procedures.

Steve has been working in the media industry for over 20 years. Steve started their career as a journalist and editor, before moving into senior management roles. Steve has extensive experience in both traditional and digital media.

Steve Nelson has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University.
