Alex Bonuito

Alex Bonuito is an experienced People Operations professional with a robust background in managing global people processes, systems, and vendor relationships at Sift since April 2018. In the current role as Manager, People Operations, Alex drives strategy for selecting and reviewing vendor tools while enhancing the overall employee experience through data-driven insights. Previous roles include People Technology & Operations Manager and HR Business Partner across various teams, as well as significant contributions to program design and implementation. Prior experience includes positions at Practice Fusion, HealthRIGHT 360, and FDH Infrastructure Services, with a focus on HR functions, employee onboarding, and administrative support. Alex holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Long Beach.
