Tina Liu

Tina Liu has over 15 years of experience in various roles within human resources. Tina is currently the Senior Director of People Operations & People Partners at Sift. Prior to that, they worked at VMware as a Senior HR Business Partner for five years. Tina also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at TIBCO Software and a Human Resources Consultant at MedImmune, a division of AstraZeneca. Tina began their career at Raytheon, where they participated in their HR Leadership Development Program and held positions as an International HR Business Partner and a Senior HR Generalist. Tina's early experience includes an HR Graduate Executive Internship at Target Corporation, where they contributed to the implementation of a PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system and supported the design and delivery of online benefits enrollment.

Tina Liu obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas in 2022, Level 3 Award in Wines from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2020, and SPHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2013.
