Head of Product at Sifted

Francesco Bellanca's work experience includes serving as a Board Advisor at Flex Data, Inc since April 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of Product at Sifted starting from March 2021. From August 2018, Francesco was involved in the KCL Alumni group at King's College London as a King's Connect Mentor. Francesco was also the CEO of Feral Horses from May 2016 to February 2021, where they aimed to build a new paradigm for cultural interaction through the decentralization of property and redistribution of profits. Francesco has also worked as a Guest Lecturer at Sotheby's Institute of Art and Christie's Education from October 2018 to June 2020. Furthermore, they served as a Junior Committee Member at h Club London from February 2019 to January 2020. Additionally, Francesco was recognized as a Top 25 Under 25 TLA at Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates from November 2018 to June 2019. Francesco was also a Top u30 Faculty Member at Fondazione Homo Ex Machina from July 2017 to January 2019. Previously, Francesco worked as a Guest Speaker for Skype in the classroom at Microsoft from July 2017 to 2018.

Francesco Bellanca has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended the UCL Machine Learning Academy, where they pursued a degree in Machine Learning. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they studied at King's College London and obtained a Master of Art (MA) degree in Big Data in Culture & Society. Francesco's undergraduate studies took place at the University of Greenwich, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Events Management from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Francesco has obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they received a certification in "Big Data & the Art Market" from Artactic. In September 2016, they completed a course titled "Doing Journalism with Data: First Steps, Skills and Tools," offered by LEARNO. In January 2016, they obtained a certification in "International Marketing in Asia" through Coursera Course Certificates. Finally, in November 2014, Francesco received a Level 2 certification in "Health Safety and Hygiene for Retail" from Virtual College Ltd.
