Laura Balboni

Laura Balboni is currently the Head of People and Operations at Sifted, with previous experience as a Senior people and talent manager, People and Talent Manager, People and talent coordinator, and Campaign Manager. Prior to their role at Sifted, Laura worked as a Sales Administrator at The Stage Media Company Ltd and as a People Coordinator at the University of Sydney. Laura has also held positions as an Administrative Assistant at AMP, a Recruitment Assistant at CROSSMARK Australia, and a Sales Assistant at Selfridges. Laura has received education from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.
