Gautham Rao

Gautham Rao is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Regional Head for Wholesale Data Business (Americas & MEA) at Sify Technologies Limited since February 2016. In this role, Gautham is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Wholesale Data Business, focusing on meeting and exceeding team sales goals while enabling telecom data services for carriers. Prior to joining Sify Technologies, Gautham held positions as National Account Manager at Reliance Communications Ltd, Strategic Account Manager at Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd, and Business Development Manager at Future Techno Designs Pt Ltd, where responsibilities included leveraging embedded products and services for the semiconductor industry. Gautham holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, earned from 2001 to 2003.
