Sagar A Surve has a diverse work experience in the technical and facilities management field. Sagar A has worked as a DC Operations Lead and Infra Shift Lead at Sify Technologies Limited since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Facilities Executive - Technical at CBRE GWS Technical Division from 2019 to 2021, where their responsibilities included datacenter design, technical management, MIS management, and vendor management. Sagar A also worked as an Integrated Facility Executive at JLL from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on making DC reports, facility team management, and DC equipment maintenance and operation management. Before that, they were a Shift Engineer at PSIPL from 2017 to 2018, where they gained experience in E&M equipment, HVAC, UPS, and BMS system management. Sagar A began their career as a Trainee Shift Engineer at Sterling and Wilson in 2016, where they handled PPM management, DC activity coordination, and maintained uptime of the data center.

Sagar A Surve has a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University in Mumbai. Sagar A has also obtained several certifications including Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP®) from EXIN in 2023, Developing Adaptable Employees, Developing a Competitive Strategy, Business Ethics, and Design Thinking: Understanding the Process from LinkedIn in 2020. Sagar A also earned a certification in Critical Environment Management from JLL India in 2018 and an Electrical Supervisor Licence from the Government of Maharashtra (GoM) in the same year. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Data Centre Technician Professional (CDCTP®) certification from CNet Training in December 2020.
