Renáta Bába

Renáta Bába currently serves as the Global Learning & Knowledge Governance Manager at SIG Group, a role held since March 2018, where responsibilities include governance of learning investments, aligning regional learning initiatives, and developing a framework for knowledge retention to enhance the global learning strategy. Prior positions at SIG Group include Global Learning and Development Hub Team Leader, Interim Head of Global Learning & Talent Development, and HR Global Learning & Development Specialist, with a focus on managing training programs and documentation. Between April 2014 and March 2018, Renáta worked at Convergys as a Corporate Trainer, where tasks included employee training, program design, and seminar organization, and previously as a Customer Service Representative for Vodafone Germany. Renáta holds a degree in General Translation and Specialist in Professional Multilingual Communication from Babes-Bolyai University.
