Eric R. Finkelman

Eric R. Finkelman held senior legal roles at Benjamin Moore & Co. as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, where responsibilities included establishing a Data Privacy team and supporting international market expansion. At Avon, Finkelman served as Executive Director & General Counsel, enhancing ethics and compliance programs amid federal investigations. Earlier experience includes Vice President and General Counsel positions at Sun Chemical Corporation and Ciba Specialty Chemicals, where Finkelman managed compliance and facilitated mergers and acquisitions. Finkelman holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BA from Princeton University.
