Rolf Portmann

Rolf Portmann currently serves as a Learning & Development Specialist at SIGA since December 2023. Previously, Rolf held roles at Roche from May 2021 to November 2023 as an Organisational Learning & Development Partner and Agile Coach, focusing on learning experiences, organizational transformation, and agile methodologies. Rolf's earlier experience at Roche Diagnostics International AG included consulting on learning and training concepts and supporting teams as a Scrum Master from June 2016 to April 2021. Earlier roles include working as a Consultant/IT Recruiter at Stier & Partner GmbH from December 2008 to April 2016 and as a Project Manager in IT/Application Management at Odlo from March 2004 to December 2008. Rolf holds a CAS in Applied Psychology for HR Practice from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and a Dipl. FH in Business Informatics from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
