Royi B.

Royi B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Royi began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG, where they managed audits of private and public companies. Royi then worked at Medis Technologies Ltd. as a Corporate Controller, overseeing accounting functions and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Royi also served as the Assistant Controller and FP&A, handling financial planning and analysis activities.

Following this, Royi joined CityPass Ltd - Jerusalem Light Rail as a Financial Controller, where they were responsible for establishing the finance department and managing accounting and payroll. Royi then moved to Techunity, serving as the VP Finance and providing financial oversight, business planning, and reporting to the board of directors.

Royi also worked as a CFO at BUGSEC, a cyber security company, where they partnered with the CEO in setting financial objectives and leading global financial activities. Currently, they are working as a CFO at SIGA - Level Zero OT Resilience, leading the company's strategic and business planning, fundraising efforts, budgeting, and financial reporting.

In addition to their corporate roles, Royi has also served as a Board Member for a non-profit organization. Overall, Royi has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in financial management, raising capital, and strategic planning.

Royi B. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2001 to 2005. In 2012 to 2013, Royi pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) specializing in financial management at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, from 2015 to 2016, Royi participated in a Business Management and Leadership program in collaboration with CFO Forum at The Hebrew University.
