Doug Grosenbach

Senior Director, Poxvirus Research at SIGA Technologies

Doug Grosenbach has extensive work experience in the field of research, specifically focused on poxviruses. Doug started their career at the National Cancer Institute as a Research Fellow from July 1999 to July 2004, and subsequently became a Staff Scientist from July 2004 to December 2005. In December 2005, they transitioned to SIGA Technologies and held the position of Associate Director of Poxvirus Research until July 2017. From July 2017 until the present, Doug has been serving as the Senior Director of Poxvirus Research at SIGA Technologies.

Doug Grosenbach attended Oregon State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology. Doug continued their education at the same university from 1994 to 1999, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology.
