Tiernan Watson

Tiernan Watson is a Graphics Software Engineer at Sports Interactive, with experience developing features for the latest iteration of Football Manager using C# and Unity since August 2021. Previously, Tiernan worked as a Junior Software Engineer, focusing on debugging and modifying features for Football Manager on a proprietary in-house engine. Early career experience includes internships at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and UCL Institute of Child Health, where involvement included debugging games for children with Cystic Fibrosis in collaboration with Microsoft. Additionally, Tiernan held roles as Chief Operations Officer for iHostPro, overseeing web hosting operations, and as Web Administrator for Newry Chat, developing a social network for the local community. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UCL, completed in 2021, following A-Levels from Banbridge Academy.
