Vice President, Integrated Systems at Siggins

Max Dunlap's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Financial Management Trainee at Dana Holding Corporation. Max then went on to hold several positions within the company, including Supply Chain Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager. During this time, they contributed to plant turnarounds, led just-in-time production and delivery activities, and provided lean leadership and guidance to manufacturing plants worldwide. Max also achieved significant cost savings through cost reduction projects and reduced annual expedited freight costs.

In 2009, Max Dunlap joined MidwayUSA as an Operations Manager where they re-engineered internal fulfillment systems, tripled production capacity, and reduced average cost per order. Max also renegotiated transportation contracts to achieve cost reductions. In 2018, they were promoted to VP Logistics & Customer Support, where they focused on performance excellence and became a three-time Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winner.

Currently, Max Dunlap is the Vice President of Integrated Systems at Siggins, a leading Design/Build Systems Integrator of turnkey material handling solutions for eCommerce and Retail distribution centers in North America. At Siggins, they aim to build long-term partnerships with clients and provide customized solutions to their unique needs.

Max Dunlap attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. During the same period, they also pursued a second Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Economics.
