Ms. May Son has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. In 2021, they were an Operations Manager and Technical Delivery Manager/Customer Engagement Manager at Sight Machine. In 2020, they were a Program Manager at ArborMetrix. In 2019, they were an Account Manager at Topcon Healthcare Solutions. In 2014, they were an Account Manager & Product Educator for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy at AdaptHealth. In 2012, they were a Physical Therapy Aide at MossRehab. In 2008, they were an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET). In 2007, they were a Physical Therapist Aide at the UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health & Wellness Center. In 2005, they were a CorpsMember at UCLA BruinCorps.

May Son has a BS in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently studying Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. May also holds a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in January 2021.
