Carmela Fortin

Carmela Fortin has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2004. Carmela began their career at Expedia Group as a Senior Specialist. In 2008, they joined Microsoft as a Security Coordinator. In 2012, they moved to The Garrigan Lyman Group as a Campaign Manager. In 2018, they joined Fluke Corporation as a Demand Generation Manager. Later that same year, they joined Singularity University as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Demand Generation & Business Development. In 2020, they joined Uptime Institute as a Senior Manager, Global Demand Generation and Unsupervised as a Director of Demand Generation. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Pavilion as a Member and SightCall as a VP Global Demand Generation.

Carmela Fortin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Ethnic and Labor Studies from the University of Washington in 2004. Carmela has since obtained additional certifications, including a Remote Work for Everyone Verified Certificate from Harvard University in November 2021, an Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2022, a Google Ads Search Certification from Google in September 2022, and an SEO Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in July 2022.
