David Neuman

David Neuman is a Strategic Advisor at SightGain Inc. David has over 25 years of experience in the cyber security industry.

Neuman began their career as a Lead Operations Planner for the 24th Air Force. David then transitioned to the private sector, serving as the Executive Director for EY. In this role, they were responsible for leading the restructuring of information security services and 200+ cyber security practitioners. David also served as the Chief Operating Officer to industrialize the Americas Practice.

In 2015, Neuman joined Rackspace as their VP & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). David helped Rackspace become the #1 managed cloud company. David then left Rackspace to join iHeartMedia as their Global Chief Information Security Officer in 2018.

Most recently, Neuman served as Vice President and Business Security Officer for Global Operations at Dell Technologies from May 2020 to July 2022. David is now a Strategic Advisor at SightGain Inc.

David Neuman has a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, a Master of Science in Security Administration from Bellevue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from University of Maryland Global Campus. David also has certification from ISC² as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
