Jaimi King is an accomplished pastry chef with a diverse range of experience in the culinary arts. Currently employed at Sightglass since January 2021, Jaimi previously honed skills as a pastry baker at Milo and Olive from January 2019 to December 2020 and served as a pastry cook at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace from November 2016 to January 2019, after transferring from New Orleans to Los Angeles. Jaimi's career began as a host chef at Langlois NOLA from March 2015 to August 2016. Jaimi holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, earned between 2007 and 2008.
