Josh Attwell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Oxford Centre for Employee Engagement, leading the development of the Impact Leader training programme aimed at enhancing leadership effectiveness. Previously, Josh held roles as Strategic Partnerships Manager and Strategic Partnerships Executive at The Joy Club, focusing on partnerships that benefit retirees and those in later life. Notable achievements include selection as a JS12 Cohort Member at Jumpstart, where training was received after being in the top ~1% of 4,000+ applicants. Additional experience includes roles as Treasurer at Angel Incubator, Tutor at Chatham & Clarendon Grammar School, JCR President at New College, and various leadership positions within charitable and educational organizations. Josh holds a degree in Maths and Philosophy from the University of Oxford, completed in June 2023.
