Rick Patten has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Rick started their career in 1995 with Joie de Vivre Hotels, where they served as the Regional Vice President, overseeing several boutique hotels with a focus on food and beverage in the Southwest Region. During this time, they led a regional team of managers and directors in various departments and gained expertise in hotel renovations and repositioning.
In 2013, Patten joined Broughton Hospitality Group as the Vice President of Operations, where they stayed until 2015. Rick then moved on to Filament Hospitality, where they held the position of Vice President Operations.
