Gillian MacKay

Gillian Mackay is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning with extensive experience in social inclusion and empowerment programs. Currently serving as the Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager (Inclusion) at Sightsavers since February 2019, Mackay leads a team focused on global inclusion initiatives, including economic empowerment, education, and inclusive health. Prior to this role, Mackay held various positions at the Social Housing Regulatory Authority, where responsibilities included strategy development and grant management, and also worked as a Project Consultant at Neo Africa. With a Master of Public Management from Regenesys Education and a BSc Honours in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia, Mackay's expertise is complemented by a commitment to enhancing public sector and social development outcomes.
