Alec Maullin

Alec Maullin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and building surveying. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Sigma Capital Group plc since January 2019, Alec previously held roles at MCR Property Group and Currie & Brown, where project management and development monitoring were key responsibilities. With a foundation as a Building Surveyor at AJ Maullin & Associates, Alec also acquired management skills as the Managing Director of EPAC Construction, specializing in project services and maintenance. Additionally, Alec contributed to the industry as Editor for Property Expert, an online property magazine, while beginning a career in customer service at Holiday Cottages Group. Alec holds a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire.
