Dwight Hawksworth

Dwight Hawksworth has a diverse work experience spanning numerous industries and roles. Dwight began their career in 1969 at First National Bank of Maryland, where they held various positions and helped improve employee morale and productivity. In 1972, they transitioned to the US Government-Internal Revenue Service, where they held senior-level positions in multiple states. In 1980, they joined Contel Credit as a Vice President, where they designed and implemented financial programs for Executone telecom entrepreneurs. In 1984, they became the President of A. D. & Associates Executive Search, a generalist firm specializing in identifying the right people for the right positions. In 1989, they started their own company, Sigma Consulting Group, Inc., where they served as the President and later became a Partner. Additionally, they had roles at NSA-GA and Dunwoody United Methodist Church.
