Khaled Khorshid has a extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Khaled is currently the CEO of SEGMATEK since September 2020. Khaled was a Startups Advisor & Mentor at Founder Institute from September 2018 to April 2020. Khaled also co-founded and served as the CTO of Yalllo from May 2017 to January 2020. Khaled held the position of Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Powerhive from May 2016 to August 2017. Khaled also has experience as the Chief Customer Officer at Jawwy from July 2014 to August 2016, and as a Senior Advisor at du from January 2014 to July 2014. Prior to that, they held several roles at Zain, including MD, ICT Sector, A/CEO & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Regional Operations Officer, and Chief Information Officer from August 2006 to January 2014. Khaled started their career as the Director of Information Systems at Ooredoo Algerie from March 2004 to July 2006.

Khaled Khorshid holds a Master's degree in Coaching & Consulting for Change (MCCC) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, as well as a Master's degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change (MCCC) from HEC Paris. Khaled also has an MBA from Wayne State University and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. Khaled obtained their high school diploma in Mathematics from College de la Salle. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the 5-Day Digital Business Transformation Challenge from CXO Transform, the Project Management Professional certification from PMI, and the Systems Engineer certification from Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
