Supply Planning Lead at Sigma Healthcare

Caroline Tennant began their work experience in 2003 as a Logistics Assistant at FHP, where they cross-referenced stock shipments and raised purchase orders. Caroline later became a Logistics Supervisor, managing a third-party warehouse contract and preparing monthly stock orders.

From 2007 to 2012, Tennant worked at SCA Hygiene Australasia, starting as a Warehouse Operations Leader. In this role, they liaised with warehouses, analyzed performance, and managed new product development projects. Caroline then transitioned to the role of Distribution Requirements Planner, creating distribution plans and reducing email traffic through a centralized stock transfer sheet. Finally, they became a Master Scheduler, using SAP APO to create production schedules and achieve high customer service levels.

In 2012, Tennant joined HJ Heinz as a Vendor Replenishment Planner, before moving to Sigma Healthcare in 2013. At Sigma Healthcare, they initially served as a Supply Planner before assuming the role of Supply Planning Lead in September 2022.
