Guy Tracey

Guy Tracey has a diverse work experience ranging from 2008 to the present. Guy has worked as a Workplace Relations Manager at Sigma Healthcare since 2016, where they are responsible for managing the HR Business Partnering function and providing advice on human resource issues. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. From 2013 to 2016, Guy worked as a Consultant in Human Resources at Realise Performance. Before that, they held the position of Senior Recruitment and HR Coordinator at Broadspectrum from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have experience as an Employment Consultant at Break Thru People Solutions from 2009 to 2011 and as a Resourcer at Challenge Recruitment in 2008.

Guy Tracey completed a Bachelor of Social Science degree with a focus on Social Psychology and Human Resources from Western Sydney University. This was achieved between the years 2006 and 2008. Later in 2018, they also completed a course in Advocacy in Industrial Relations Tribunals at the University of Technology Sydney.
