Kathy Bakalis

Kathy Bakalis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2023, Kathy worked as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Sigma Healthcare.

Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Kathy was a Project & Change Manager at IVE Group. While at IVE Group, they also served as a CRM Administrator from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce platform for IVE Distribution.

From 2018 to 2020, Kathy held the role of CRM Administrator at Salmat, where they were the key user contact and champion for the Salesforce platform. Their responsibilities included administration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce, as well as enhancing and improving its functionality.

Before that, Kathy worked at Salmat from 2005 to 2018, starting as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, they customized the Salesforce platform, identified system and process improvements, and collaborated with various stakeholders. Kathy also provided training for the Salesforce application and offered first-level support.

Prior to joining Salmat, Kathy was a Marketing Communications Manager - BPO Division from 2007 to 2010 and a Marketing Assistant - Corporate from 2005 to 2007.

Kathy's career began as an Account Manager at Axiom Marketing & Communications in 2003.
