In McCann has a strong background in executive management and program execution. They began their career at Molecumetics, LTD as a High Throughput Screening professional in 1998. From there, they moved on to Sybase (now SAP) where they worked in software development from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Sandia National Laboratories as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Staff member, where they managed over 130 program, engineering, and technical staff and worked in areas such as cybersecurity R&D and vulnerability assessment. In 2019, McCann joined Sigma Science Inc. as the Executive VP/General Manager, overseeing the company's client portfolio and operations, with a focus on nuclear security and safety, cybersecurity, and modernization programs.
