Roberto Camerini has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research. Roberto started their career in 1991 as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Abbott Laboratories SpA. From 1993 to 1998, they worked at Serono SpA as a Project Leader Clinical Pharmacology. In 1998, they joined Sigma-tau as the Head of Clinical Research. In 2009, they became a Board Director at Sciclone Pharmaceuticals, where they served until 2011. Currently, they are associated with Alfa Wassermann, where they hold the position of Clinical & Pre-clinical Research Director and Direttore Ricerca Clinica.
Roberto Camerini pursued their education at Sapienza Università di Roma, where they obtained their Laurea degree in Medicina e Chirurgia. This educational journey extended from 1982 to 1988. Later, they enrolled in Rome University "La Sapienza" to pursue a post-graduation in Liver and Metabolic Diseases, which they completed from 1988 to 1992.
