Lalith Roopesh is a dedicated medical student at the University of South Florida, pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree with a strong background in biomedical sciences. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Bulls Science Olympiad, Lalith leads logistical support and volunteer engagement for science competitions while actively participating as a board member for Florida Science Olympiad. As the founder and president of Bulls Science Olympiad, Lalith initiated and managed a successful non-profit organization, engaging over 1,100 K-12 students in STEM activities. Experience also includes roles as a Research Coordinator at Morsani College of Medicine and a Research Assistant at Moffitt Cancer Center, where Lalith conducted significant research on neurotransmitter receptors and cancer cell lines, respectively. Additional internships at Eli Lilly and Regenstrief Institute provided expertise in genome sequencing, data analysis, and project presentations.
