Josue David Rodriguez Palma is a highly experienced Senior Escalation Engineer, currently working with Sigmasoft™ since July 2025, specializing in Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise solutions and ITIL processes. Prior to this role, Josue held a similar position at TTEC from June 2015 to July 2025, focusing on IP Telephony and project support involving advanced networking issues. Josue began the career at Sykes in January 2011, progressing through various technical support roles related to Cisco products. Josue's earlier experience includes positions at Hewlett-Packard and Sony, providing technical support for enterprise solutions. Josue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, obtained through the Cisco Academy from 2011 to 2014.
