Stephenie Palmer

Stephenie Palmer is the current Director of Administration, Facilities & Security at Sigmatech. Prior to their work at Sigmatech, they spent eight years working for the US Army as a Family Readiness Support Assistant. In this role, they were selected by the Commander/CEO to implement a new program based on the concept of support and develop standardized support systems and Family Readiness programs in line with Army standards.

Palmer is highly skilled in needs analysis, strategic planning, and coordinating actions of subordinate staff and establishing operation procedures. Stephenie is also an expert in developing training programs, customer tracking metrics, and performance measurements in line with Army directives to drive accountability and change.

During their time with the US Army, Palmer served as a corporate equivalent spokesperson who skillfully delivered detailed presentations of support services, regulatory requirements, operations, training statistics, and client needs to seniors and peers. Stephenie also successfully expanded the existing service support base across joint military services, private resources, and community resources.

Palmer is known for their excellent communication skills, which they have used to manage staff and customer training and establish multifaceted communications processes to support geographically dispersed client bases utilizing print, electronic, and social media.

They work with Frank Brown - CFO, David Weese - VP, R&D Programs, and B.J. Stephens - VP, C5ISR Division. Stephenie Palmer reports to Don Carver, President & CEO.
