Daniel De Vera

Daniel De Vera has over 14 years of professional experience in software engineering and IT leadership. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Software Developer at Live Interactive S.A., where they developed affiliate systems and internal operational tools. During this time, they worked with technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and MySQL. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Antel as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the end-to-end development of a video streaming platform for both VoD and Live and the definition and documentation of operational procedures. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Co-founder and CTO of GoalBit Solutions, where they defined and implemented a peer-to-peer live streaming protocol and created a streaming platform for VoD and Live streams. From 2012 to 2020, they were the IT Leader at Vidillion, Inc., where they developed a Dynamic Ad Insertion platform and an Ad Identification system. Since 2020, they have been working at antuit.ai as a Technical Architect in AI/ML and VP Infrastructure Engineering, where they are responsible for the definition and deployment of the base infrastructure for running the Antuit Enterprise SaaS Platform and the design and development of a platform on which data scientists can run their AI/ML pipelines in Kubernetes. Daniel is currently working as a Senior Kubernetes Engineer at Signadot since 2022.

Daniel De Vera obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidad de la República in 2007 and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same university in 2010.
