Zac Anshutz

Zac Anshutz is the current Chief Risk Officer at Signal Advisors. Previously, they served as the Chief Risk Officer at Advisors Excel from January 2015 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Commissioner of Insurance at the Kansas Insurance Department from January 2011 to September 2021. Zac also served as the Associate General Counsel at the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts from June 2010 to January 2011. Zac began their career as an Assistant General Counsel at the Kansas Insurance Department in April 2006.

Zac Anshutz attended Emporia State University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied political science. Zac then went on to Washburn University School of Law to earn their Juris Doctorate.

Zac Anshutz reports to Patrick Kelly, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Peter Lofgren - VP, Life Insurance, Katie Williams - VP, Growth & Operations, and John Nowak - SVP, Annuity Operations.
