Alex Hunter

Alex Hunter is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC at Signal AI since April 2019. In this role, Alex leads a team that enhances the customer journey for over 500 enterprise, strategic, and SMB clients. Prior positions include Head of Agency at Signal AI, where Alex managed sales and account activities within the PR and MarComms sector, and Head of Sales & Account Management for Agency at Cision. Additional experience includes leading public sector relationship management at Gorkana, and holding various roles at Durrants, including Account Director/Framework Manager, where Alex oversaw major public sector clients and managed a team responsible for significant revenue growth. Alex holds a degree in English Literature and Roman Civilization from the University of Leeds.
