Michael Nelson

Michael Nelson has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael worked as a Director of Data Science at Signal Technologies since July 2022, where they manage and oversees the data science team. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Data Scientist at Signal Technologies from October 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Signal Technologies, Michael worked as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant, where they provided expertise and guidance in software engineering from March 2018 to October 2019 while being self-employed.

From August 2014 to March 2018, Michael was a Lead Software Engineer at TeleSign Corporation. In this role, they led a development team and was responsible for designing, implementing, and testing REST services and processes for managing internal and third-party data sources. Michael also designed and deployed machine learning models using PMML.

Starting in August 2010, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at TeleSign Corporation until August 2013.

Michael Nelson received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington from 1998 to 2002. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at UC Irvine from 2002 to 2008.
