Constance Wang has extensive experience in communications and administration within various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Communications and Administration at Signal Gold Inc. since August 2017, as well as the Manager of Communications at Magna Terra Minerals Inc. since July 2020, Constance has enhanced organizational communication strategies across these roles. Additionally, Constance contributes as a Senior Consultant for Investor Relations and Public Relations at ALCLE Environmental Solutions Inc. since April 2021. Previous positions include partnership at HY Kitchen and Bath Corp, and executive support roles at Axiom Real-Time Metrics and The Skyline Group of Companies. Constance's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Management in International Accounting from Beijing Forestry University, among other qualifications.

Signal Gold is a growth-oriented, Atlantic Canada regional gold producer, developer and explorer with a producing project called the Point Rousse Project on the Baie Verte Peninsula, Newfoundland and a major development project called the Goldboro Project in Nova Scotia. Signal Gold also has three other exploration projects called the Viking and Great Northern Projects and the Tilt Cove Property in Newfoundland. Including all projects, Signal Gold controls over 600,000 ounces of measured and indicated gold resources and over 400,000 ounces of inferred gold resources. Approximately 70% of the measured and indicated resources are greater than 5.0 grams per tonne and approximately 85% of the inferred resources are more than 4.0 grams per tonne. Signal Gold has plans to grow its resource portfolio and production profile through exploration and mergers and acquisitions. To maximize potential profit and minimize capital investment, it will leverage its existing operating infrastructure at the Point Rousse Project including Signal Gold’s mill facility, tailings capacity and port facility.
