Ulrich Leitermann

Ulrich Leitermann has extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors, serving as CEO of SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe since July 2013, following a tenure as a board member responsible for finance from 1997 to 2013. Prior to this, Ulrich Leitermann was a partner at SCHITAG ERNST & YOUNG Deutsche Allgemeine Treuhand AG from 1987 to 1997. Academically, Ulrich Leitermann holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration with a focus on tax law and auditing from the University of Mannheim, completed in 1986, as well as a banking degree from Baden-Württembergische Bank AG in Stuttgart, obtained in 1981.
