Mike Welsh

Mike Welsh is an experienced planner and scheduler with a comprehensive background in the marine and fabrication industry, currently serving at Signal International since February 2006. Welsh has demonstrated expertise in blueprint reading and has provided planning and scheduling services for offshore drill rigs. Previous roles include ship builder at Huntington Ingalls Industries and structural fitter at Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, where hands-on skills in new construction and equipment installation were honed.
