Sasha Weiss has a long history of work experience in the software industry. In 2014, they began their career as a Research Assistant at Mani Research Group. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University, an Information Technology Support Staff at Northwestern University School of Education and Social Policy (SESP), a Software Testing Intern at HERE, and a Software Engineering Intern at Braintree. In 2016, Weiss also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at HERE. In 2020, they became a Guest Lecturer at General Assembly. Currently, Weiss is a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they are supporting the future of gaming on the Xbox Authentication Library SDK team. Sasha is also developing a high-performance cross-platform C++ client library and maintaining platform-specific components for iOS and Android. Weiss will begin working as a Software Engineer at Signal Messenger in 2022.
Sasha Weiss completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University in 2018, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same university in 2018.
