Hanley Holcomb

Hanley brings to Signal Partners fifteen years of experience across both financial services and executive search. His practice centers on recruiting for private equity sponsors, as well as finance executives for their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Signal, Hanley was a Senior Partner at Lucas Group, a national search firm, where he spent nearly four years executing search assignments for industry-leading companies such as: Oaktree Capital, Irvine Company, Bellwether Asset Management, Woodridge Capital, and Timbers Resorts, among others.

Earlier, Hanley was an Associate on the high net worth team at UBS Private Wealth Management. He also spent six years on Wall Street as Trader covering U.S. Equities.

Hanley graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in History and was an All-American member of the men’s lacrosse team.
