At Signal and its predecessor, Fortis Partners, Josh led searches for venture- and PE-backed companies such as: Noom (Head of Strategic Partnerships), Solutionreach (Chief Product Officer; SVP Customer Success), onXmaps (VP People; Controller; Software Engineer x10), TSheets (SVP Partnerships; SVP Customer Success), MacStadium (SVP Operations), Market Logic (Chief Revenue Officer, Americas), Red Points (Head of Enterprise Sales), NinjaRMM (Controller), Chargebee (Sales Manager), NEXT Trucking (Head of Talent Acquisition), Jungle Scout (VP Customer Success), EHE International (VP Client Solutions; Regional Sales Manager x4; Director of Analytics), Illumio (Software Engineer x5), among others.

Prior, Josh was at Robert Half Technology, recruiting software developers for high-growth technology companies.

Josh started his career in sales at Mobile Mini, a leading storage solutions provider, where he was ranked in the top 5% on a 100-person sales team.

Originally from Philadelphia, Josh calls L.A. home but splits time between both coasts. He earned two degrees from Arizona State University with a BA in Political Science and a BA in History.
