Ludwig Hartmann

Ludwig Hartmann has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ludwig began their career as an Audit Intern at Clarke and Patterson in 2000 before moving on to Psychem Waste Solutions, where they served as the General Manager of Sales from 2005 to 2010. After that, they became the Business Development Manager at Isibonelo Waste Solutions from 2010 to 2013. Ludwig then joined Waste Resource Management as the General Manager of Sales from 2013 to 2015. Ludwig worked as the General Manager of Sales at Working Knowledge International from 2015 to 2016 and briefly served as a Project Manager at Hertex during the same year. From 2016 to 2019, Ludwig held the position of General Manager of Operations at Hertex. Following this, they worked as the Owner of TCI Consultants from March 2020 to November 2020. Currently, Ludwig is the Vice President of Business Operations at SignalPET® since December 2020 and has recently taken on the role of Vice President of People and Organization starting in July 2022.

Ludwig Hartmann's education history begins with completing high school at Hoërskool Transvalia from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Matric degree. Ludwig then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2012 to 2015.

Continuing their education, Ludwig obtained a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Cape Town in 2015. In 2016, they attended MANCOSA and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management.

Ludwig further pursued their studies at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management from 2019 to 2021. In 2020, they attended the Aveta Business Institute (USA) and obtained a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Finally, Ludwig pursued their highest level of education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at MANCOSA from 2017 to 2018.
