Kate Trainor

Kate Trainor has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. In 1991, they started their career as a Director of IT at Viewlogic, where they worked until 2000. Kate then joined Phase Forward as a Director of Clinical Data Operations and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, Kate worked at Parexel, initially as the Vice President of ISG and then as the Vice President of Operations for PACE. In 2014, they became the Senior Vice President of CRS at Parexel, where they were responsible for leading Operations Delivery on Enterprise Accounts. Finally, in 2022, they joined Signant Health as the Senior Vice President of Strategy Services and Operations & GPM, leading their e-clinical solutions.

Kate Trainor received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1988. In 2014, they completed the LEAD Program at Women Unlimited Inc, where they were awarded the Fortune award for Executive showing the greatest strengths in Mentoring, Education, and Networking. Kate also earned an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT - Sloan School.
