Mihai Prisacariu

Mihai Prisacariu has a strong background in technical delivery and testing within the software industry. Mihai started their career in 2010 as a Database Developer at Harmony Services. Mihai then moved on to Falcon Trading, where they worked as a Test Consultant, participating in the planning and execution of integration, system, and acceptance tests. In 2013, they joined Endava as a Tester, later taking on the role of Senior Tester and eventually becoming a Test Lead. During their time at Endava, they were responsible for manual testing, creating test approaches and strategies, managing testing schedules, and reviewing deliverables and defects. In 2017, Mihai Prisacariu joined Centric IT Solutions Romania as a Test Lead/Senior Software Tester, working on payment solutions in the banking industry. Mihai was responsible for functional testing, managing testing schedules, and reviewing test deliverables. Most recently, Mihai Prisacariu has been working at Signant Health, first as a Team Manager Testing Services, then as an Associate Director of Global Technical Delivery, and currently as the Director of Global Technical Delivery. In their current role, they are accountable for on-time delivery of technical commitments, leads a geographically dispersed organization, and establishes both strategic and tactical directions for the organization. Mihai is also responsible for enforcing industry and regulatory best practices and resolving implementation impediments.

Mihai Prisacariu has a Master's degree in Information Security from Facultatea de Informatica, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Facultatea de Informatica Iasi, from 2007 to 2010. Mihai'sacademic journey started with their attendance at Liceul de Informatica "Grigore C. Moisil" Iasi, where they studied Computer Science from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Mihai has obtained certifications from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, including the ISTQB Advanced - Test Manager certification in 2014 and the ISTQB Foundation Level in 2011.
