Ruben Ceballos

Ruben Ceballos has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Ruben is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Project Management at Signant Health, where they focus on growth, efficiency, and quality. Ruben is responsible for leading teams across multiple office locations globally and establishing account governance.

Prior to their current position, Ruben held various roles at Parexel, including Senior Director of Project Leadership, Project Director, Associate Director, and Senior Project Leader. In these roles, they managed sponsor accounts, led domestic and international clinical trials, controlled costs, and provided training to project leaders.

Ruben also worked at organizations such as LA OLA DORADA, LLP, PROVINCETOWN AQUASPORTS, INC Research, Charles River Laboratories, and INVERESK RESEARCH, where they held management positions and was responsible for project management, client relations, and training and development.

Before their career in project management, Ruben worked as a Senior Regional Clinical Research Associate at PHARMARESEARCH Corporation and as a Per Diem Charge Nurse at ABER JONA NURSING HOME.

Ruben Ceballos completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Southwestern University in the United States in 1987. Ruben also earned an Associate degree in the same field from the same university in 1986. Ruben later pursued an Associate degree in Nursing from Bunker Hill Community College in the United States, which they completed in 1993. In 2010, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Additionally, Ruben has several certifications, including Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015, Registered Nurse certification from the State of Florida in 2009, and AIDS Certified Registered Nurse certification from the HIV/AIDS Nursing Board Certification in 1995.
